What’s working…

Much better opens most hours, most segments.  You get right in, you have fun, you make it sound interesting.

Scott has such great insight, and Tom sounds very well prepared.    Lauren jumps in at the right places and keeps the conversation moving forward.

Lauren’s Lounge sounds better…much less reading much more telling.

What to work on going forward…

The show open is still pretty inside and too much about you.

Keep the topics short and tight.  Err on the side of leaving us wanting more by cutting and moving on a little too quickly.

Keep moving forward.  If on a rare occasion you carry something over a break, you have to fully reset.  Similarly, don’t tease something then not do it and then tease it again (Broncos/WH).  It’s too frustrating because no one listens that long.

Prep for more humor on topic.  When you know you’re doing topics, go through them again on your own and think about what story or insight, what funny, what stupid thing you did that might relate here.  Keep the humor on topic, but bring as much of it as you can.

In The Lounge, just tell us what the story is.  If you can get to not reading at all, it will be perfect.
