What’s Working…

Tell me your secret is really well done, and a great length!  It is over 3 minutes but this is an excellent example of when it makes sense to do a longer segment.  This is a very strong benchmark!  (Second example below)

Good timing in every segment.  Things move but not too fast.

Good topics on the day I listened: secrets lady with cheating husband, Christmas trees, and weird cat.

What Needs More Attention…

In Albane’s and Paul’s segments, there is no need for her to always start with “yes…” like Marco is throwing the ball to her.  Better to just make int a conversation (First example below is Albane.  Third example is Paul segment where the transition is cleaner)

Also, be careful about everyone talking at once, especially when a third team member joins the conversation (also first example below).

Marco still needs to put a little more drama in his segments.  He could be more dynamic, pause more (we can do a call so I can better describe this if you wish)

Audio Examples…

Bon Plan.  Albans says “yes” and Everyone jumps in about about 1.30 point…
